By learning how to control your angry reactions we can offer you skills and ideas to control your anger and improve the quality of your life.

Following a successful face-to face initial ‘Assessment’ session we offer the following support:

One to One- Anger 'Essentials' Course – 50 minute sessions – face to face

NEW - Anger Management E-Course (Facetime/Skype sessions from your own home/office) Using latest technology via Desktop, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone – 50 minute sessions

Group - 15-week Anger Management 'Essentials' courses (2.25 hours per week)
